Signature

CrossFit

Coach-led group classes lasting around 60 minutes. Each session includes a warm-up, movement instruction, a supervised workout and a cool-down. Every movement is coached and scaled to your ability.

Who it is for: Everyone, from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
Duration: 60 minutes. Schedule: Multiple sessions daily, Monday to Saturday.
1-to-1

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching designed around your specific goals. Includes personalised programming, nutritional guidance and full accountability.

Who it is for: Anyone wanting dedicated coaching and a bespoke programme.
Includes: Initial consultation, custom programming, regular one-to-one sessions.
Competition

Fitness Racing

Targeted training for Hyrox, KeltX and other fitness racing formats. Run 1km then complete a functional workout station, repeated 8 times — we prepare you for every stage.

Who it is for: Anyone training for Hyrox, KeltX or other race-format events — or wanting a structured fitness challenge.
Stations: Sled pushes/pulls, SkiErg, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, farmers carries, running.
Nutrition

Nutrition Coaching

Personalised nutrition programming to support your training, improve energy and accelerate results. We work with you to build sustainable eating habits, not restrictive diets.

Who it is for: Anyone wanting to improve their nutrition alongside training.
Includes: Assessment, personalised plan, ongoing coaching and accountability.
Speciality

Speciality Sessions

Taking a deep dive into specific disciplines such as athletic training or calisthenics to get targeted results. Working in rotations to keep training fun with new challenges.

Who it is for: Anyone wanting to develop specific skills alongside their CrossFit training.
Focus: Rotating disciplines — strength, gymnastics, calisthenics, Olympic lifting and more.
Flexible

Open Gym

For members running their own programming. Access the facility on your schedule — class always comes first, but the space is yours when it's free.

Who it is for: Members who want to train independently alongside the class timetable.
Policy: Class comes first. Open gym works around coached sessions.
