Come and try it

It starts with a relaxed one-to-one with a coach so we get to know you and your goals. Every movement is scaled to where you are today — no experience or kit needed. You'll never be thrown in at the deep end.

No joining fee and no long contract — just 30 days' notice. A couple of membership options depending on how often you train, from around £10 a session. We'll talk you through the best fit when we meet.

Unit 2, Callywith Court, Bodmin PL31 2RQ — just off the A30. Classes run mornings and evenings Monday–Friday, plus weekend mornings.
